There is a person.
Management regrets this.

I’m Rahib Azam, a CRM & Web Technologist, HubSpot Specialist, and web developer from Dhaka. I build CRM, automation, reporting, CMS, and front-end systems, fix weird things, and occasionally lose a measurable amount of time to three pixels.

The Non-LinkedIn Version

The professional summary is useful. Unfortunately, I also have a personality.

Profile / 01

How This Happened

I started working early, mostly by building whatever needed building: websites, landing pages, CRM setups, workflows, reports, and fixes that kept revealing a larger problem underneath. Very considerate of them.

Eventually I landed in the overlap between HubSpot, CRM architecture, automation, reporting, CMS work, and front-end implementation. Apparently my career strategy was “keep touching adjacent systems until the title becomes difficult to explain.”

Profile / 02

Brain Configuration

I notice systems before surfaces: who owns the data, what triggers what, where the handoff breaks, which field matters, and why there are four properties called “Lead Source.” This is useful professionally and annoying recreationally.

I am detail-focused enough to spend too long on edge cases, spacing, and naming. Sometimes that is quality control. Sometimes I am moving a button two pixels at 2:13 AM. Both statements can coexist.

Profile / 03

Offline, Allegedly

I am introverted, remote-first, and suspicious of meetings that could have contained three bullet points. Give me a clear problem, enough context, and a quiet block of time and I am extremely easy to manage.

Outside work, it is heavy music, games, side projects, Obsidian, and occasionally building systems to organize the systems I built to organize other systems. The situation is under control. Do not investigate.

Things I Keep Doing

Less manifesto, more recurring behavior that has somehow become professionally useful.

Principle 01

Understand First

Trace the system before touching it. Production is a terrible place to begin a character-development arc.

Principle 02

Leave Receipts

Test, document, verify, and make the work understandable to someone who was not present for the suffering.

Principle 03

Care Too Much

Tiny inconsistencies bother me until they stop, which is occasionally exhausting and frequently useful.

Patch Notes: Human

Introvert, heavy music, games, side projects, clean UI, questionable sleep, and a known tendency to overengineer harmless objects.

Every section you see here has been rebuilt at least twice — once because I wasn’t happy, and once because I broke it trying to “improve” it.

Character Sheet

Useful facts, plus several details that explain why the rest of the website sounds like this.

01

Dhaka, Bangladesh

Remote from UTC+6, where the coffee is strong and the browser tabs remain internationally distributed.

02

Remote First

Async messages, written context, and fewer surprise calls. Civilization has made remarkable progress.

03

CRM & Web

I live between customer systems, automation, reporting, CMS platforms, and front-end implementation.

04

Quiet By Default

I talk less than the average NPC. This website has been forced to compensate.

05

Heavy Music

Metalcore and heavier alternatives make repetitive implementation feel like an unnecessarily dramatic montage.

06

Second Brain

I built an AI-assisted notes system because apparently one brain had reached its operational limit.

BACK TO THE PROBLEMS

If you have a HubSpot system, CRM workflow, website, CMS build, or technical implementation behaving strangely, send it over. I have made worse decisions voluntarily.
